Rooms

There are four bedrooms in total, three of which are suites, all air-conditioned to ensure your comfort in any season. In the house, there is a suite with a balcony and sea view, next door, a bedroom with a balcony and a view of the interior of the house and on the upper floor a suite with a side view of the sea. In the annex, there is a large suite, which can accommodate up to four people, with a balcony and panoramic sea views.

“Excellent house and great value for money. Patrick was very helpful and responsive. The house is old but everything was in good working order and any less than desirable aspects are easily compensated for by the absolutely gorgeous 9 acre site and breathtaking views. The house is very secluded and private. It is conveniently located on a main road and just a few miles from grocery stores and restaurants. We took a boat trip with Arthur, which was recommended by Patrick. I highly recommend doing this and you will be picked up from the dock at the accommodation. I highly recommend getting up early to watch the sunrise if the sky is clear. The house has one of the most beautiful sunrises we have ever seen. We enjoyed the sauna, snorkeling gear, flotation devices and canoe that were included. We made use of the barbecue on the water’s edge as well as the one in the annex next to the house. The house is very well equipped for cooking and catering for guests. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Service during your stay is not included, but we did hire staff to help during our stay for a reasonable extra fee, paid directly to them.”

My first observation was the loving touch of fresh flowers scattered throughout the house, which, by the way, was extremely clean and well-kept. Patrick was amazing in giving us directions about the place, being available to answer questions and recommending tours. We hired Mrs. Maura for cleaning and cooking services, who, in addition to being an excellent cook, is extremely friendly and helpful. The house perfectly met our expectations.”

I have nothing but praise for Patrick’s team. He was very helpful, honest and gave us all the information we needed about our accommodation. The caretaker, Luiz, was always very calm and punctual when he welcomed us and helped us with the house. And Maura was, without a doubt, the best investment we made. She helps keep the house organized and makes a very good omelette.

The house is exceptional. Very spacious, with many rooms, a complete gourmet area where we even made pizza in the wood-fired oven. The deck with access to the sea is also sensational. It was a trip to remember.

The house is secluded and had everything we needed for a successful stay—we especially enjoyed making homemade pizzas in the outdoor brick oven, using the steam room, and enjoying wine on the deck overlooking the ocean in the evenings.”

Patrick and the house staff, Maura and Luis, were incredibly helpful and checked in frequently to make sure everything was going well. Luis helped us choose the right bait for our sea fishing, and we were also able to hire Maura to cook breakfast for us, which was perfect.

The view from the house is breathtaking, and the property is much larger than it looks in the photos. Thank you, Patrick, for a great stay!”
